Where do you send my orders from?

We ship orders either from Nepal or Australia, depending on product availability.

Most orders within Australia are shipped directly from our Australian location.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you received a damaged product then we can accept returns and the item must be in its original condition.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Can I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges within 4 days of delivery. Simply, send us back the product and email our customer service team with details.
